The best Breakfast! Buffet with fruits, Pancakes, eggs, muesli etc. Everything was clean. Could rent a Bike for 30.000 VND/day Super friendly host.

Amazing hospitality
Amazing welcoming and kind staff. The lady who works there Kyla was so extremely helpful when our airline company rescheduled our flight and we had to change bookings at the other hotel, change the flight and so much more. She even helped us to sort out the rented motobike issues. Also the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very relaxing stay and enjoyed biking everywhere around the neighborhood!
Location at the Golden Bell homestay a pleasant stay. Kayla, the receptionist was very nice, helpful and always had a smile. She also helped me book tours and get a personal driver to take me to my next destination. The location was convenient to bike to the Main Central market, City Center, or Rice fields & Beach in Hoi An! They offer free bikes all day. Thank you KAYLA for all your help!!! Service was great and will miss your cute smile! : )

great hospitality for small home stay but needs some improvements
Golden Bell home stay was really good value and the chilli jam was nice as was staff (helpful) and the breakfast they provided. Although the family did not speak much English, the female on during the day did, which made things easy. A few things could be improved. Firstly, small The balcony had no view - as it overlooked the back of another property with an orchid. The balcony also cracked under our feet - maybe it was just the tiles, bit it felt slightly un safe. No hot water on first night until we were told to throw a switch when we asked about it. When we did use shower which was over the bath, I put my hand on rail to get out of the bath and rail broke - which could be potentially be very dangerous for anyone. Overall very friendly service and lovely family who run it. Good for those budgeting and don’t mind early morning noises ( like crowing). They also made us a nice breakfast to take with us on last day as we had early flight.

The staff were lovely. Especially Kayla. My room was clean and a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Lots of nice, traditional restaurants nearby. Is stay again
