How to uninstall camera app on Android

You can uninstall apps you've installed on your phone. If you remove an app you paid for, you can reinstall it later without buying it again. You can also disable system apps that came with your phone.

Hi All,
I am trying to uninstall the default application like
camera,browser,messaging,calculator???But it's not working.I have
tried..
adb uninstall com.android.calculator2
It resulted in
"Failure"
i tried to remove the apk file but it's saying

"read only file system"
Please somebody help me...

The directions there are completely useful for anything except something that is intended to be shipped built-in to a phone.

If you want to make your own version of one of the system apps, you need to give it a different package name so you are actually writing a DIFFERENT application. Once you do that, the user can install your app like any other app, and the system will prompt the user to use it in the places it is an option. (And they can drag your icon on to the home screen to replace the one for the standard app.)

Keep in mind that older Samsung devices may not have this option. Use the volume key to disable the camera shutter sound if you don’t see it. Turn the volume off completely or mute only the System sound. That way, the sound for media, notifications, and the ringtone will still be turned on.

Disable Camera Sound on Xiaomi

Here’s how to turn off the camera shutter sound on Xiaomi:

Open the Camera app.

Press “Settings.”
Switch the toggle button next to “Shutter sound.”

Disable Camera Sound on Huawei

If you have a Huawei device, here’s how to disable the camera shutter sound:

Disable Camera Sound on LG

LG devices don’t have the option to turn off the camera shutter sound within the app. The only way to do it is to use the volume keys and put your device in silent, vibrate, or “do not disturb” mode.

Disable the Front Camera on an Android

Android phones don’t offer the option to disable the front camera without disabling the main one. If you want to turn off your front camera, here’s what you’ll need to do:

Launch your menu and go to Settings.
Scroll down and select “Apps.”
Press “Camera.”
Tap “Disable.” If this option is grayed out, select “Permissions” and then switch the toggle next to “Camera.”

Remember that this will prevent you from using both the front and the back camera.
