Văn phòng ổn.
Đồng nghiệp tốt. Mentor nhiệt tình hướng dẫn nhưng phải chủ động trong việc học hỏi.
Dự án đa dạng, có thể học được đa dạng stack và có thể propose lên sếp để được chuyển sang team khác.
Không bắt buộc OT, ít nhất là trong các team mình làm. Việc estimate task là tự làm và cũng tự chịu trách
nhiệm.
Suggestions for improvement
Tăng phúc lợi cho cả nhân viên chính thức và intern thì sẽ ổn hơn nhiều
