Hey Peonies!!! I’m so sorry for the long hiatus here on this blog. School has started for me and i had no time to post a new blogpost, but today i will be sharing with you my thoughts on the new 3CE’s lip pencil!!!!!!!!! I got this when i was in Korea, and it retails for 9,000 won each. There are a total of 12 colours, and i got 3. The three shades that i got are:  (From left to right: Born Red, Willowly and Sloe Gin) First of all, it comes with a black cap and the tip looks like that, like a normal pencil. SWATCHES: Born Red: Deep red Sloe Gin: Pinkish Red Willowly: Peachy nude Now, comes my review. THE PIGMENTATION OF THE LIP PENCIL IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. It is so incredibly pigmented and it glides on so smoothly with the least pressure. The colour payoff you get is so strong even though you’re applying minimal pressure. I’m in love.. The colour does not change abit even though i never conceal my natural lip colour. (this shows how pigmented it is). Seriously, the price you pay for the product is worth because it is such a high quality product. However, one downside would be that since it is matte, it is drying on the lips and it will settle into the fine lines on your lips. It is also not available in Sephora Singapore, which sucks. It also does transfer to certain extent. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is considering to purchase this or wants to buy 3CE’s products but have no idea what to get!
