Nhận xét trong đánh giá năng lực làm việc của nhân viên hay đồng nghiệp là một trong những công việc nhức đầu và dễ mất lòng nhất. Không ai thắc mắc hay có ý kiến gì về những đánh giá tốt (ngay cả khi họ không nhận ra rằng mình có điểm tốt này hoặc không thực sự tốt cho lắm). Các bạn sẽ phải giải thích cho từng nhận xét không tốt nếu cách viết của các bạn không khéo hoặc/và do khả năng ngôn ngữ, văn chương chưa đủ tốt. Dưới đây là những câu nhận xét mẫu được xắp sếp theo thứ tự từ tốt đến hơi hơi tốt, chưa tốt lắm đến hơi hơi tệ, và cuối cùng là tệ và quá tệ (đôi lúc chúng ta không muốn nhưng sẽ phải sử dụng nhưng tôi hi vọng là các bạn sẽ không phải dùng đến).
