I'm sorry, but I didn't see this earlier. I have a lot of trouble with Microsoft Community Support because I have two different accounts (personal and business) but it keeps getting logged in as one and I can't figure out how to get it to let go so I can log in as another. The laptop appears on the network and can be connected from the desktop, but the desktop cannot be seen by the laptop. After rebooting, it appears under network for a short time, then disappears.
