Well recently i decided to try out the other brands that are said to be good in the extension game, luxy, bellami, zala, irresistible me, and euronext. I STILL ended up going back and ordering my 17th set of foxy locks and i was blown away! I got the 16 inch in iced latte his time wanting to try one of there new sets. Remember i have been ordering for years and have even had their 22 inch set before. They have have always been amazing, but i was just so amazed by this new set. It feels like they stepped up their game even more. The hair is so soft, silky, and THICK! I know you're not supposed to dye/bleach extensions, but after a clarifying shampoo, they fake dye and bleach BEAUTIFULLY. I've tried both the darker browns and the blondes, and both are amazing. The only difference is the blonde hair is obviously more damaged, which is to be expected with human hair, so no problem there. Just overall such good extensions! Anywhere you can buy better quality for a half price compare to them. I'm happy that was waiting a bit to write review bc for first couple of days I really loved them. In September I ordered 18 inch latte deluxe, after 2 weeks they started to looks completely rubbish, dry, split. I wrote complain to customer service with a lots of pictures to approve and products which I used to hair cair. They send me replacement, been happy with that till about a week after same story happened:( and this Time customer service told me it's something wrong with my hair routine to make them damaged, but I haven't done anything to make them condition that bad. They get bit damp from the rain, not even wet to start to look completely rubbish. And they told me there was nothing wrong with a replaced set, which is quite funny couse why they replaced then? AND THIS WAY I LOST ABOUT 200£. DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! Another thing, I wrote review on their website also, but I see now is deleted. VERY HONEST FOXY LOCKS! I have reviewed the correspondence between yourself & our customer service team and I can see that your complaint has been dealt with in the appropriate manner. As you we're experiencing some issues with the set you originally received, we recommended this was sent back to us so our specialist team could investigate and as a result we replaced the entire product for you. The replacement product you received was checked thoroughly prior to being dispatched, no fault could be found. Upon you receiving the set & wearing it, you then contacted us and are experiencing the exact same problems as previous. After reviewing the pictures we requested, we couldn't find any fault with them other than the hair had not been cared for in the correct way and required to be styled. You advised us that the hair got "damp in the rain", just like some peoples natural hair on their head, once wet / damp whether that is because of the weather or styling the hair will require care & attention to look and appear 'normal' again. Our team have been on hand assisting you throughout, but on this occasion no fault could be found with your replacement other than the hair did require some attention. Of course if there was a 'fault' then our team would've rectified this as they previously did for you. Once a review has been submitted by a customer whether it is via TrustPilot or our website, the review cannot be deleted unless it is done so by the customer. My only qualm would be that the ponytail extension combined with the inner lining is very thick; I have very thin hair and purchased this to pad it out a little as I’m sure is the case with a lot of people buying extensions, but the combination is so thick and heavy that I actually feel a little daft wearing it because it’s such a huge difference to my normal hair. Perhaps Foxylocks could consider a thinner extension choice (or a thinner lining) in addition to the choice of length? I'm very happy with Foxy Locks extensions. I got extensions in colour "silver fox" and this colour is very amazing. This is a light silver/grey with blond for a more natural look. It matched perfectly with my hair. I ordered 200gr/20inch and i have thin hair. I don't wear the 2nd 3clips because this is difficult to hide all of them beacause i have a small head. The last two sets have been poor quality, and they have now changed the weight of the wefts so the thickness isn't as sufficient. There is also PINK cotton strands attached in the hair. The 'pink strands' you can see is excess thread remaining from the manufacturing process. Please be assured this does not effect the overall weight of the extensions / the amount of hair you receive. How long do Foxy Locks extensions last?If you look after your hair it is not uncommon for Foxy Locks extensions to last up to a year. The more you look after them the longer they will last. We do not advise sleeping or swimming whilst wearing your clip in extensions. What are the most real looking hair extensions?In general, however, fusion type hair extensions offer the most natural appearance. Micro-ring or I-Tip styles are probably your best option for the most natural look. Using a clamping or heat bonding process, these types of extensions are attached directly to the natural hair in segments called strands. Which are the least damaging hair extensions?Clip-ins are considered to be the least damaging type of hair extension because they also have the least permanent installation process.
